We anonymously surveyed psychologists, therapists and other self-care experts on their top unique self-care ideas for singles on Valentine’s Day, and here’s what we found. When searching for self-care ideas many usual suspects come up: meditation, journaling, exercise, spa days...shall I go on? These are all great options for self-care and you should definitely incorporate them into your daily or weekly routine.  However, maybe you want to add other methods of caring for yourself that you don’t typically hear about.
