Nine Crystals for for Heart Healing, Opening and Calming

These crystals for self care can come in handy for Valentine’s Day for the heart (and everyday really), especially for single people.

As Valentine’s Day quickly approaches, the need for self-care is at an all time high, especially for singles.

In this pandemic, it’s a little more difficult to navigate the dating world. You’re probably wondering “Will my Bumble date have COVID?” or “How can I social distance and reeaaallly get to know this potential partner?”  Well that’s what single life consists of nowadays.

As a result, many people have decided to just hold off on dating to be on the safe side…understandably so.

Since self-care is figuring out what works for you, crystals are an option to explore. Let’s dive into the world of crystals.

*Keep in mind that many crystals have overlapping properties.

These crystals help provide much needed healing for those past breakups that hurt just a little more than usual during Valentine’s Day or to help soothe your energy into a calm and positive state.

You can purchase crystals on Etsy or a local stone shop near you. For personal use, since each stone has different uses, you can use them in different ways. For example, you can place an Amethyst on your bedside table. You can also use crystals as jewelry, such as the Rose Quartz, and place it on your heart for a few minutes while chanting self-love affirmations.
