Welcome to The Winter Arc! Your best era is about to begin. This is a time where you level up and stick to your routines to become the best version of yourself.
What is the winter arc?
Winter Arc is a trend that has been around for a while but recently went viral on TikTok.
During the end of the year, most people typically slow down. The weather is getting colder and it becomes super easy to stay home, bundled up while waiting for the holidays.
Many people are waiting for the new year to come so that they can get started on their goals and create their vision board. This challenge means throwing that all out of the window and getting started on your goals NOW!
During the Winter Arc, you lock in to work towards being the best version of yourself.
This can include your physical goals, mental goals, business goals and more.
Basically putting your head down and grinding for the next three months.
The Dates
The Winter Arc starts on October 1st to December 31st. However, you can start your routine anytime of the year. Some people even go past December and lock in until March.

My Winter Arc Routine
To keep up with my goals, I like to track my habits. During my Arc, I’ll be focusing on my overall wellness including physical health, mental health and productivity.
Here are the habits that I will keep track of:
- Workout, go to yoga or walk 10k steps at least 4 days per week
- Eat healthy home cooked meals only at least 5 days per week
- Drink at least 90 ounces of water and tea per day
- Read 10 pages of a spiritual book or fiction book each night
- Stretch and move my body each morning
- Sleep 7 to 8 hours each night
- Spend 1 hour cleaning and organizing my living space each day
- Check in with my family and friends because that makes me happy
- Avoid alcohol and sugary drinks and snacks
- Get at least 30 minutes of sun each day (I work from home)
- Leave my apartment at least 5 days a week (I work from home)

- Remember that you want to be the best version of yourself
- Even small changes will help you get closer to your goals
Winter Arc Inspiration & Ideas

Here are some ideas and goals that you can focus on as you begin your glow up journey through your Winter Arc Challenge:
- Workout X times per week
- Wake up at 5am each day
- Drink half a gallon of water per day
- Eat healthy, balanced, home cooked meals each day
- Have a weekly self care day
- Journal for 10 minutes each morning
- Reduce your screen time by reading physical books
- Don’t use your phone, tablet, laptop or computer 2 hours before going to bed
- Read 1 new book per month
- Become the best version of you
